Acceptance of Terms. By using https://pilatesstudioauburn.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Body Evolution Pilates markets and arranges Back Health Pilates, Bone Health Pilates, Equestrian Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Senior Pilates Classes. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://pilatesstudioauburn.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Body Evolution Pilates or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Body Evolution Pilates may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Body Evolution Pilates makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Evolution Pilates's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Body Evolution Pilates in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Body Evolution Pilates against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
